Nicolai has around 20 years experience in IT asset management, procurement, and financing. In 1997 he joined GartnerGroup, Stamford, Connecticut, as Senior Analyst in the IT Asset Management group. At Gartner he published over 100 Research Notes and Strategic Analysis Reports and was a regular speaker at international Gartner conferences. He earned an M.B.A. in financial management with presidential honor from City University, Bellevue, Washington, USA.

Bjoern is an industry veteran, with around 20 years experience in the field of project consulting and marketing. He has held a broad range of responsible positions in fields as wide ranging from architectural and product design over software engineering to project management and controlling. In this capacity, he oversaw the remodeling of major government sites after the fall of the Berlin Wall. He earned a graduated engineering degree from Technical University, Berlin, Germany.
